INS TC2000 – used in all industries

The weighing system INS TC2000 is used in many industries. Overall the TC20000 is used for the following purposes.

1. Overload
It is expensive to transport too much load and it is expensive to
transport too little of it as well!
For companies who need to know the weight, weighing directly on the forklift truck is an easy way to save a lot of time.
Save time – save money.
Another benefit is that driving to and from the stationary scales is no longer necessary.

2. Quality control
When it is easy to weigh – it will be done!
Mobile weighing gives you the control so any errors are found on the spot. Mobile weighing gives you accurate knowledge of waste, stock situation, warehouse management, etc.

3. Safety
Mobile weighing is a simple way of preventing overloading the warehouse shelves.

Quick Guide:
This quick guide answers the most frequently asked questions regarding the use of the indicator.
This guide assumes that the weighing system is correctly installed and calibrated.

TC2000 is installed on a wide range of lifting equipment
including forklift trucks, stackers and loaders.
Developed for lift trucks where
reliability, accuracy and robustness are required.
1
To be certain of an accurate weighing result the TC2000 needs to be 0-
calibrated on a regular basis. As minimum it is recommended to 0-
calibrate the system when the lifting unit has just been turned on, and
again when it has reached normal working temperature.
Make certain the mast is vertical.
2
Move the cursor from the weighing symbol to the 0-calibration symbol.
The cursor is the white triangle in the symbols upper-right corner.
Press the blue arrow to the right 2 times.
3
The lift truck should be stationary.
Lift up the forks to the weighing mark on the mast.
4
Press ENTER
5
The forks will lower for about 5 sec.
0-calibration is completed, and the cursor automatically jumps back to
the weighing symbol.
1
When weighing, the load should be placed as
central on the mast as possible and as far back
towards the mast as possible. Further more the
mast must be in a vertical position.

Inspiration
INS TC2000
– made to be used
1. Manual weighing – With this function only the last weighing is stored in the
memory.
2. It is also possible to accumulate several weighing results.
The same principle as a standard calculator.
See example: “Dog Limited.”
When using the sequence weighing function, each weighing result is stored in the
memory. Further more the time and date of the weighing is stored as well.
Sequence weighing is as standard not available for the user. This is to avoid any
unnecessary user problems caused by a full memory. If you want sequence
weighing made available, please contact your supplier of the system or Intersoft.
See example: “Dog limited”
Weighing in groups
Both when using manual or sequence weighing, it is possible to store the weighing
results and accumulated values in different groups. The group numbers can then
represent different categories like type of product, customer number, trailer
number etc.
See example: “Dog Limited”
Sequence weighing
Manual and automatic tare
Case: “Dog Limited”
A company produces canned dog
food. Carrier 1, 2 and 3 comes to pick
up the goods. In the weighing system
the three different carriers can be
defined as group 1, group 2 and
group 3.
Using manual weighing it will be
possible at all times to see, how much
has been loaded so far on each of the
three different carriers.
Using sequence weighing it will be
possible to see how many pallets
have been loaded on each of the
different carriers, as well as the
individual loads of each pallet and the
time it was weighed.
Our experience is that many different
companies can benefit from these
functions.
The functions described are all
standard in the TC2000.
It is what is inside –
that makes TC2000 the most sold dynamic weighing
system in Europe. Accuracy and robustness go hand
in hand.
We design products for long term use
- because quality does matter!

The use of tare weights when weighing, makes is possible to find the net weight.
You are able to store 10 tare weights in the memory.
Manual tare – means that the driver enters the tare weight by using the numeric
keyboard in the display.
Automatic tare – means that the driver stores the tare weight by simply weighing
the empty pallet or container.
